By using Flight Level One, you acknowledge and agree that:
- ✅ The Service provides AI-based recommendations for training and proficiency only and is not a substitute for certified flight instruction or FAA compliance.
- ✅ You accept full responsibility for your flight decisions and will not rely solely on this system to determine the safety or legality of a flight.
- ✅ You have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
- ✅ By using this service, you assume all risk and release Aeroforce One LLC from any liability.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Flight Level One application ("Service"), operated by Aeroforce One LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Informational Use Only
Flight Level One is intended solely to provide private pilots with aviation safety information, AI-generated risk assessments, crosswind alerts, and proficiency training suggestions for informational and educational purposes only. The Service is not a substitute for:
- Certified Flight Instruction
- Official FAA guidance or decision-making tools
- Professional flight planning or operational judgment
All pilots must use their own discretion and judgment, consult CFIs where appropriate, and comply with FAA regulations.
3. No Guarantee of Safety
Flight operations carry inherent risk. We make no guarantees or warranties—express or implied—about the safety, reliability, or effectiveness of any recommendations provided through the Service.
The use of this Service does not ensure:
- Compliance with federal or local aviation regulations
- Avoidance of weather-related or operational hazards
- Safe outcomes in any flight scenario
4. FAA Compliance and Pilot Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that:
- All responsibility for regulatory compliance lies with you, the pilot-in-command (PIC).
- Our services are not endorsed, certified, or affiliated with the FAA.
- You are solely responsible for verifying flight readiness, weather, aircraft condition, and pilot qualifications.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aeroforce One LLC and its officers, affiliates, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, death, property loss, or regulatory penalties arising from:
- Use or misuse of the Service
- Reliance on AI-generated recommendations or alerts
- Omissions or inaccuracies in content provided
6. Assumption of Risk
By using this Service, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with flight operations, training, and decision-making, including but not limited to loss of control, adverse weather, or mechanical failure.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aeroforce One LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of:
- Your use or misuse of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of a third party, including aviation regulations
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, software, and branding on the Flight Level One platform are the property of Aeroforce One LLC and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
